By downloading, installing, or using any Sudo Solution LLC mobile application (the “App”) or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not access or use the App or website. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and the developer Sudo Solution LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

AI-Generated Content — Limitations and Accuracy

All ingredient suggestions, cooking tips, difficulty ratings, preparation times, and other culinary content displayed in the App are generated by artificial intelligence models operated by third-party providers, including Anthropic, PBC. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific circumstances.

  • The App cannot verify whether a dish identified from a menu photograph is accurately identified, nor can it guarantee the completeness or correctness of any ingredient list.

  • Ingredient quantities, preparation methods, and cooking instructions provided are estimates and approximations only.

  • AI models may misidentify dishes, omit critical ingredients, or suggest substitutions that may be inappropriate for individuals with specific dietary needs or health conditions.

  • The App does not have access to the actual recipes used by any restaurant and cannot replicate proprietary culinary formulations.

We make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any AI-generated content within the App.

This App does not account for individual medical histories, prescribed therapeutic diets, medication interactions with food, or any other health-specific factors.

Your access to and use of the our Apps, including all content, functionality, and AI-generated outputs, is entirely at your own risk. You assume full and sole responsibility for any and all risks associated with Relying on AI-generated content. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind arising from your use of the App or any content it generates, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

By using our Apps, you agree that you will:

  • Use the Apps only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes unless expressly agreed otherwise.

  • Not upload images containing personally identifiable information of individuals without their consent.

  • Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.

This app relies third-party artificial intelligence services, including those provided by Anthropic, PBC, ChatGPT, and/or Gemini to process your uploaded images and generate ingredient suggestions.
